Shipping and Handling Policy top
In-stock orders will typically ship within 48 hours, unless you have paid by check. We generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. We have a *US Only* flat rate shipping price of $5.00 for the first 6 items and $1.50 for each additional item there after. For Canadian customers pricing is $11.45 for the first 3 items and $1.50 for each additional item. If you have any questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us.
If paying by check your shipment may be held up to 14 business days until check clears. Please contact us for more information on mailing payment.
Return check fee $35.00
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays. Some items may be drop shipped from vendor. Prices and policies subject to change without notice.
If you are not completly satisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours. If a product needs to be returned it will only be accepted with a return authorization number. (see below) We will work with you to resolve any damaged merchandise; replacing it as soon as possible. A re-stocking fee 25% will apply to any unauthorized returns.
Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number and orders must be received by us within 10 days of receipt RAN. To obtain an authorization number email: firstname.lastname@example.org
*Shipping fees, custom orders, and drop shipped items are not refundable.
1. E-Mail Cowgirl Bling Queen and obtain a Return Authorization number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage. Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a short note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement or credit on account.
2. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted. If it is an error on our part we will have the item picked up by our shipper of choice. All returns subject to inspection.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS, WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, PAINTED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY.
Damaged Packages top
If a package arrives damaged immediately contact the shipping company for an inspection and follow their instructions. Notify us so that we can resolve the damaged shipping and replace your merchandise as soon as possible. Contact us at email@example.com. A return authorization number must accompany any return.
